If I cap to 30fps and disable VSYNC I get perfect 30fps cap with 33.3ms frame time all the time. But turning on VSYNC when capping to 30fps makes the game stutter a lot in places and drops to 27fps when loading new areas. So 30fps cap it is, and I am happy with that with a controller that for me is playable. I cap the fps to 30 using MSI AB as I tend to get large dips from 70fps - 36fps quite often yet the game looks pretty bad graphically. If you then go back into the menu to check that it is disabled and then either exit the game or don't click A again (using a controller) it turns it back on automatically!Īlso VSYNC is broken in this game too. Exiting the menu and clicking apply sets it to disabled and tells you to restart the game. I disabled Nvidia Turbulence (being on AMD I don't want this feature on).
